Broken Wings

This event was held on 26^th February 2011. This was a huge event that Cita Hati did every two years. Here,

we were campaign about our environment from Broken Wings, a Musical Drama. It was played in 4^th floor Galaxy Mall Exhibition Centre in two sessions. I helped as a backstage crew in lighting and also in selling tickets.

It was a Math Competition that held on February 2011. Mr. Ranto was the one who co-ordinate it. From this competition, I see that I’m not that suitable for it. Many questions left blank without answers. I want to be more diligent so I can improve in it.

Surabaya Sejahtera

 

It was on November 2011. We cleaned Gubeng road from 06.00 AM on Saturday. There are a lot of other school and church community who joined this event. And we worked as one to make Surabaya cleaner.

Went to an Orphanage

On November 2010 Gerry, Vinsen, Michelly, Isaac, Evelyn, Peter, and I went to an Orphanage in Mulyosari. This Orphanage called Rumah Karunia.

There, we measured their weight, height, and did some interviews. We gave them some gifts, too, before we back home.

The silly fact is I know image size in Photoshop only; use for making the size of the photo smaller, so it will be easier to upload or to manage the memory. I don't have any idea what are the other tools. I just randomly click this-and that. I want to promise myself to learn more in Photoshop, I still remember that advice from my previous Art teacher. Thank you to Mr. Ricker.

Basketball

We had Frateran Cup and Stag Cup, but we did not win any of those.

We had DBL this year and we’ll do the best. Wish all luck!

Meet and Greet

First, we had Me Care from Hong Kong lead by Dr. Jimmy Yong visited Cita Hati. They came to our school to know more about Cita Hati and built network with us.

Second, we had Connecting Project with Australian student from John Paul College. This project started from 19^th September-26^th September 2010. One of the students stayed in my house. Her name is Lyndal.

Enchant - IBM Ciputra

 Here is a competition of Graffiti Making from IBM Ciputra Student, Enchant. There were a lot of competitions such as Basketball, Sura, Graffiti, etc. My friends and I were choosing Graffiti Competition. It was held in BG Junction. The theme was heritage. We were not the one of the winners, but here is the picture of our Graffiti:

Hand Chimes

Hand Chimes are musical instrument that are classified as a hand percussion and it sounds like a bell. One hand chime refers to one tone.

 They are similar to hand bell, but they are cheaper, easier, lighter, and flexible, making them more accessible for school activity.

Chimes Extracurricular are a group activity that needs teamwork. We have to get the same rhythm and pitching, combined with tone and expressions. The sound produce is relaxing, it blends nicely.

I had chosen Chimes Extracurricular since I was in 7^th Grade.  I really enjoyed it and still in Chimes Extracurricular until now. We played in some school activities such as Christmas and Easter. This last year we played in Shangri-La with Elementary Ensemble Team on December, “Haiti” and “Black&White”.

When I was in 9^th grade, the teacher was gone out of town and we were taught by the 3 seniors: Jessica Karli, Josephine Livia, and Julinda. They were 2 years upper than me. But because they have already in 12^th Grade, they have to study for their Final Exams and stop all their extracurricular. So now Chimes Extracurricular is teaches by Evelyne (11^th), Tania (10^th), and me.
